YELP’S DIA DE LOS MUERTOS

Yelp put on a Dia de los Muertos Fundraiser for the California Center of the Arts in Escondido last night & maaan do they know how to party! Live music & performances in an epic venue filled with Dia de los Muertos art. The food, unreal. Some of the best bites in SD!

We were psyched to work a “Day of the Dead” twist into some sliders! After stuffing ourselves with different recipes all week we landed on a grass fed, ground fresh beef slider with Lalo’s mind-blowing guacamole, diced tomatoes, grilled onion & bell peppers, Tillamook sharp cheddar & swiss with a hint of cilantro.

Shoutout to the Yelp squad – the heavyweight champs of foodies for all the love, support & hard work to make last night one for the books. And all of the vendors who contributed to the food coma, thank you.
